谭景聪 Jingcong Tan
Jingcong Tan is a visual and installation artist, as well as a curator. He earned both his B.F.A. and M.F.A. from the Oil Painting Department of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA). He currently holds a position at the Memorial Hall of the Lingnan School of Painting at GAFA.
Tan’s multi-disciplinary practice spans painting, video, stage design, public art, and large-scale exhibition curation. His work explores individual expression within a contemporary context, seeking to synthesize the poetic nature of painting with contemporary neo-humanist landscapes. By activating the collision between traditional aesthetics and modern technology, he develops a new interpretive dialogue of contemporary society through the language of new media art. His works are held in the permanent collections of professional institutions, including the South China Academy of Fine Arts Museum, XUN Art Museum, and Guangdong Zinitang. He currently lives and works in Guangzhou.
视觉与装置艺术家、策展人。先后毕业于广州美术学院油画系，获学士及硕士学位。现任职于广州美术学院岭南画派纪念馆。
谭景聪的艺术实践涉猎绘画、影像、舞台设计、公共艺术及大型展览策展。他致力于探索个体在当代语境下的多维表达，试图在创作中将绘画的诗意特质与当下的新人文景观相融合。通过激活传统美学与现代科技的碰撞，他在新媒体艺术语言中展开关于当代社会的全新释读。其作品被华南美术学院美术馆、巽美术馆及广东紫泥堂等专业艺术机构收藏。目前工作并定居于广州。
